“ Initially, the driving force behind the birth of the University was the idea of providing both professional and personal development training to future professionals in order to make them capable of contributing to change in society.

After about twenty years, the Biomedical University Foundation was established as a natural evolution of that initial idea.

In terms of giving the Foundation full legal recognition, we have made it a dedicated Endowment Fund, in order to provide a permanent source of support of the University’s mission, for Italian and foreign students alike, for research projects and healthcare. The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors and a Board of Guarantors.

Each year, we allocate the profits from the Endowment Fund to the University and the remaining capital goes to the Endowment to support future endeavors.
