The “12 Months Together” project offers four vulnerable seniors with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease the opportunity to attend the Alberto Sordi Social Enterprise Alzheimer’s Day Center free of charge for one year, ensuring ongoing access to qualified care and support. The Day Center is a professional and inclusive space, designed to combat isolation and foster a sense of belonging. Each intervention is designed to slow cognitive decline, maintain residual abilities, and support active participation in daily life.
